Day Retreat at SOLU

Start the weekend right!
We’ll begin with an XL 120 minute yoga class, which often was the standard length before time started speeding up.
The class will include asana, pranayama & meditation.
Then we’ll share a beautiful kilometer zero plant-based lunch at a small regenerative farm, surrounded by flowers and with a mountain back-drop.
After lunch we’ll talk a bit about what the AIM of yoga truly is, and we’ll finish with a little bit of chanting, meditation and a sharing circle.
