All Classes are tought in the traditional Jivamukti Open Class Format. Which will include Mantra Chanting, Spiritual Talks and reflections on the Jivamukti Focus of the Month, Meditation, Asanas (standing poses, twists, forward and backbendings, opt. shoulderstands and inversions) lead by my voice and hands on adjustments, inspiring music playlists and will conclude with a guided śavāsana for deep relaxation.

We can always adapt to your specific needs or injuries.
All levels, forms, sizes, genders, and ages are welcome!
